New Dance Group on 47th. Lots of Bway performers teach there. It's inexpensive and a great way to meet new people.

Forget the yoga class, it sounds like these boys (and girl) can give you the best stretch of your life. It works so much better than yoga. I can kick well above my head and put my ankles behind my neck without ever having taken a yoga class. It's all about working it out eith the boys.
