This is my favorite of what I like to call "The Yogurt Variations" (copywright, david Mamet)...:)
Yogurt and Applesauce:
fill a bowl half way with yogurt.
fill the rest (but a little less...there must be a teeny bit more yogurt) with applesauce.
mix, and enjoy.
THE BEST.
anyone else already love it?

No. I love apple sauce and I love yogurt though, so I am sure it's only a matter of time.
MAKE IT NOW.
WHY ELSE DO YOU THIN I GAVE YOU THE RECIPE?
-d.b.j-
I would but for two problems:
1. I am at work.
2. I am on the Atkins.

If I had yogurt in the house, I'd definitely try it.
Try it soon. You will be hooked.
Health is not a problem, this is actually quite healthy.

Carbs are the problem, Nuggs (may I call you Nuggs?). Apples and yoghurt are crammed full of the damned things.
Yes, Nuggs is wonderful. And eep-- sorry then.
when you are de-carbohydrated...eat it.
:)
ew. i sound like such a applesauce and yogurt whore.

You do, yes. Anyone would think you were on commission or something.
I would try it ... if i like yogurt.
no .. *shrugs* but i hardly like anything. Such plain/narrow tastes. People cant take me anywhere!

TheGirlintheFrock- I bet I'm worse. I practically have to give a list of my dislikes to people before they make me something. I feel so bad for being picky, but it isn't like I don't TRY the food. I just don't like it.
Jarico mixes yogurt with instant coffee.
EWWWWWWW !!!!
Yum! I'll have to try that!!

Doin' the low carb thing? Try this delicious parfait for a snack, or even for breakfast:
Sugar-free jello in alternating layers with cottage cheese.
Amazingly filling!
Cottage cheese makes me heave, but thanks for the tip. Sugar free jello is an absolute godsend.
