Canadian actor Les Lye, known to millions of North Americans in their 20's, 30's and 40's as the omnipresent adult on 'You Can't Do That on Television,' has died at 84.

One of his most repeated characters was Barth ["D'yiii heard that!"], the gross proprietor of Barth's Burgery.

RIP Les. Thanks for permanently warping my brain as a child with your brilliant off-beat sketch comedy on YCDTOTV.
