Schadenfreude!
Out of context - without the suspense and drama of the moment - the clips are hilarious!
Thanks for posting it.

You're not missing much, taz. It's an arguably unfunny misogynistic collection of women from different films being pushed down a flight of stairs to the (literal) tune of "Don't Bring Me Down".
Next up? Women being punched or slapped to "Hit Me with Your Best Shot"?

I love most of these films but seriously, put in a collection like that, I just felt really "icky" watching what I watched of it.
Yeah I caught a misogynistic vibe too and turned it off pretty quickly. Why just women?
Apparently this was meant to be anti-abuse but was taken out of context.

"Mara Wilson charmed and alarmed us with tales about her transition from renowned child actress to grownup writer-of-words"

^^^^also from that link:
"To be fair, a lot of the works we present at Meet The Lady are misogynist, either directly and indirectly. This is usually tongue-in-cheek, with the presumption that the audience understands and shares our perspective. But what I believe differentiates this from ironic “hipster misogyny” is that our examples almost never go unscrutinized and unpacked."
Does she think she's trying to be edgy? Even with the explanation in the link, I still find this unpleasant. The Lady's " presumption that the audience understands and shares our perspective" doth presume too much.

You must be leaving it unscrutinized and unpacked.
How disappointing.
I was expecting something "Death Becomes Her"-related.

Taz, you can watch it via the link below it to the "The Lady" tumblr site.
I felt similarly to Jordan (bit stronger than "icky", though). Seeing them all pasted together, it felt so relentlessly violent that I had to stop watching. I also found it disturbing that they were all women. Not my cup o' tea.

I'm curious what the OP saw and why he shared it?
Actually, I kind of looked at it as a tribute to very talented stunt doubles.
