What are your favorite American cities, and why?
I have spent many happy hours in many American cities, but at the top of my list are:
HONOLULU (Because I can participate in the Honolulu Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K or 5K with NO time limit. And, in a paradise setting.)
LOS ANGELES (Because it invites me to enjoy a bit of glamour.)
LAS VEGAS (Because it's VEGAS, BABY.)
SAN DIEGO (Because this is where I began and finished my military career, and because it's home.)
