re: Your fondest city?

New York has my heart, and my fondest memories.

To live - probably Boston. Love that city.

re: Your fondest city?

Paris - and not just because the French told W to go f*ck himself. Though that did make me love them all the more.

re: Your fondest city?

New York. Trite, I know, but all of my favorite memories are from there. You can't beat it. Or maybe I just need to go more places...

re: Your fondest city?

I love 3 cities for all different reasons...

chicago: it's my home town...and most of my family is here.

Los Angeles: My cousins live there and everytime I visit, I have an AWESOME time there and I always feel really depressed when I leave because I want to go back that instant.

new york: well...cause it's new york! every time I've driven through the Lincoln Tunnel into Time Square, I've always felt very giddy!

"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D

re: Your fondest city?

I left my heart in San Francisco a LONG time ago... so some fondness there, too!

And, Elphaba - that's a great city to share with someone! (I'm heading to Rome next week... another one of your favorites, I think.)

I would also put St. Petersburg on my list. Spectacular city!

re: Your fondest city?

I was born in Kansas City, so have to name it - and it surprises many people.

Denver - friendliest.

Seattle - cleanest.

NYC - most exciting.

San Francisco - most intriguing.

Los Angeles - my adopted home - and willingly so.

New Orleans - most decadent.

Washington, DC - best museums, and can't escape the sense of importance.

re: Your fondest city?

Costa Rica was just AMAZING for me. I had never been that relaxed and carefree in my life. There was so much freedom and the entire experience was just unforgettable. I stayed at a hotel on Playa Tambor.

Rome and Florence were both astounding. I do wish I could return, and I regret to say that I completely took my trip there for granted as I was extremely young and could not understand exactly where I was.

And of course. New York. Second time around.

This is my signature.

Philly, it ain't always pretty, but it's my hometown.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson
