September 5th here. I was born on Labor Day, so I have had to deal with the, "ha ha your mom went into labor on Labor Day" comments forever. I'm not a neat freak though...

I'm afraid I'm not a neat freak either. I used to be, but then I became a teenager.....and everything went right out the window!

mine's sept. 15!

i'm a total neat freak about everything except....my room???? isn't that weird?!?!?!? i'm determined that when i get to my dorm room this year i'm going to keep it clean, but in terms of my room at home..it's a disaster, it's so weird b/c i'm so incredibly organized!!

anyone else feel my virgo-perfectionist pain?

September 13th too!

And my birthday was on a friday once. But friday the 13th is usually a really lucky day for me. Go figure.

I will be 21 on September 11. And yes, I still don't feel right celebrating on my birthday...
I'm a pretty solid Virgo except on two accounts: I'm not at all neat and I swear like a bloody sailor. I chalk up the fiery aspects of my personality to having my moon in Aries and an ascendant in Sagittarius.

Hooray for Virgos! Like Hoof, I was born on the cusp of Virgo and Libra - Sept. 22 - (and I have some Libra characteristics), but am mostly Virgo.

My best friend was born on the 20th. Stephanie J. Block's b-day is the 19th. (I swear I'm not a stalker, it was on a webpage!)
And in case you missed my post and think I'm infringing on the Virgo page, I'm the 13th.:)

Is it so wrong that I, as a Virgo, do the following:

Organize the Fridge so liquids are first, then solids, then condiments?

Place the accent pillows on the sofa in their proper place before I retire for the evening?

Choose my outfit for work the next day before I go to bed (accessories included)?

Throw out plants that "refuse to obey" and look healthy?

Organize my vintage books by genre, then coloring, then "viewability"?

roll my socks so they fit well into the drawer organizer?

...and most importantly, line up the med bottles so they are "facing front" and in alpha order in the medicine cabinet?

I can't be the only Virgo with these issues...

I stack all my DVDs on top of my DVD player, and they HAVE to be stacked perfectly. Like, if one is sticking out i have to fix it. They all have to be perfectly on top of one another. Also, I have like 8 chapsticks on my nightstand that have to be in that order and right next to each other in a row. I refuse to move them becaue I use them all.

Oh I'm fully aware that I have OCD:) I don't freak out when other people make messes, though. My best friend's also a Virgo and the biggest slob I know and she messes up said stacks of things and I wait til after she leaves til I fix them.

But then again I guess the fact that I so fix them is sad...

Virgo here - born August 25th! And Rath, I knew it! So many times your thoughts mirror mine.

And what's all this about Virgos nit-picking and asking a lot of questions? What's up with that? Who said that? And why? And who the heck are you to judge? Huh???

Yes Rath and junglered! When I was 5-ish I had a friend that shared our birthday and the only thing I would call her was "Same-Birthday-Briana."

Poor kid, probably confused her mind completely.

All of my cd's and dvd's HAVE to alphabatized, (unless the cd's are self-titled, then they go first in the group if I have more than one by the same artist)
and when I put pictures in a photo album, I HAVE to put them in chronological order...

and there is NOTHING wrong with things being in order, be it chronological, color coded, alphabetical, etc.

It's the way things should be. We Virgo's have nothing to be ashamed of. At least we can find our CD's, socks, back issue magazines, meds, etc easily!

August 29th Here, along with the lovely Ingrid Bergman and the....exotic...Michael Jackson.

The belief that you can control your life and the events around you through the super-imposition of order is, I think, a fairly harmless delusion, and I think the non-Virgos should back the hell off.
