jacking my thread to share a FUNNY story:
so this week i've been subbing in a resource room. the guy im subbing for told me to be careful with this one kindergartener i'll have. his name is evan and i would want to keep him cuz he's so cute, but i can't cuz he is. so i knew i was in for it. this kid is HYSTERICAL.
today, i had him and another kid, jordon, reading a book about the life cycle of frogs. one of the pages talked about frogs mating. it described the frogs as hugging and the male frog fertilizing the eggs. the illustration had one frog looking like it was hugging the other. jordon missed the explanation and asked what the frogs were doing.
evan's reply: "he's hugging her and squeezing her to make sure all of the eggs are out"
seriously. how can you NOT love kids??
