As much as the far right media is trying to portray her as having questionable judgment, her track record is still better than most judges, and far better than that of Samuel Alito. Every single case of Alito's that went to the SCOTUS was overturned. Every one of them. Papa, I don't remember you questioning Alito's comfort level with his prospective peers during his nominating process.
Plus, this was a 5-4 split, so it's hardly an indictment of her judgment.

i didn't question anything, mb. i simply pointed out that this is going to make for some interesting exchanges.
you have to stop attributing to me everything that you have heard via media matters that fox has broadcast.
as far as comparisons, alito also didn't say that his cultural heritage alone made him a better judge than someone of a different, i.e. not white, ethnic background. i daresay that if he had, he would not be sitting there today. but then with logic like this i can see why she took the wrong side in this case.
