a warning to anyone who shops at petco — Page 2

I work at PetSmart and we sponser dog and cat adoptions like 4 out of the 6 days a week that we're open. We only work with "non-kill" shelters...which is awesome. One of our shelters actually adopts dogs and cats from kill shelters to save them, then puts them up for adoption at our store. Its awesome. The company doesnt sell dogs or cats for that reason...in fact if anyone lives in the Northern New Jersey/New York area...the store in Paramus, NJ (where I work) has a 5 month old pitbull up for adoption that lost a leg in a car accident. I REALLY wanna see this dog get a good home (I woulda taken it if I didnt already have 2 dogs) Just putting that out there if anyone is looking for a dog
