How about "Adelaide's Lament"? I know its a little overdone, but it fits the style as well as one of Hannigan's "wants" or "goals" in the show, I would suggest not doing an accent though.
But if you want to be a little different, do "As We Stumble Along" from The Drowsy Chaperone. If you need to cut it at all, cut some of the begining and definitely keep the end! Make it especially Hannigan-esque and it will be fantastic! Here's a link to an amazing performance by Beth Leavel:
