It's an astoundingly stupid and racist thing to say, and he deserves the same outrage that a Fox talking head would get for the comment.

While we're at it, Maddow and Olbermann should be noted for their silence to the remark. I don't think either would let a guest get away with a comment like that on their respective shows, so they shouldn't bite their tongues in this situation, either.
