Next time I get pissed off about gay marriage, should I remember that homosexuals are killed in Iran?
And frankly, I think all people should be careful how they conduct themselves in countries in which they aren't citizens, as was the case in the article you linked.

But, seriously, I don't get the connection to American free speech, nor did it take this article to teach me that it's preferable to live in the US over Thailand. I mean, I know sex changes are cheap there, but their drug laws are more draconian than ours!
