hey everyone! I'm starting and running a musical theatre group at my school this year and I was just wondering if you guys could let me know of any really good ensemble numbers. I'm not really looking for like Wicked or Rent or anything though. More of the smaller, less popular musicals that have the best music. It'd be a big help thankss!

Skid Row from Little Shop might work. It has a lot of opportunities for small solos and grows into as big of a group number as you want it to be.

I definitely second "Madame Guillotine" from Scarlet Pimpernel. The audience won't know what hit them.

I also second "Forget About The Boy." That song is infectious.

Another good one, with great choreography opportunities, would be "Knights of the Round Table" from Spamalot. Not the film version, the longer stage version.

I know you said a lesser-known musical, but if you want an ensemble song with GREAT solo opportunities but not much choreography, I'd say definitely go with "One Day More" from Les Miserables. That's actually my favourite song in the world.

"Who Will Buy" from Oliver is pretty good for numerous solos, too. Can you tell yet that I love counterpoint?
