I'm nursing blistered feet from rehearsals starting again, so there's no partying for me.
Is there a large gay population in Poland prepared to dance down the streets in glitter and Speedos?

oh my lordy!
some of those make me more homesick than others...
I SAW some of those shows, and have met some of those people...
I like that you put yourself in there...but don't say who!
I'll never tell!

I don't know why he gets such a hard time overseas...I think he is wonderful...and was very handsome in his heyday!

I think it was the voice...
It's interesting...first time he heard me sing, he raved...next time...he said I couldn't hold a tune...
I was very confused...lucky I don't listen to him anymore...

Heard today that Pete Cousens is going to do SHOW BOAT in South Africa this year. Hopefully not in his Tobias make-up...

I loved Peter Cousens in The Mikado...I watched the Aus. Opera production recording of it SO many times to help me prepare for playing Nanki-Poo...
He sounded divine...

It's a gorgeous voice. I wrote his cabaret act for him and was able to give him interesting stuff from FLOYD COLLINS and some obscure early shows but he said the bulk of his work is corporate and they really only want to hear him do MUSIC OF THE NIGHT and EMPTY CHAIRS...it's such a shame.

he played Zach in my theatre companies production of A Chorus Line (the same one that had Julie Anthony in Into The Woods...that I turned down to be in the Mikado)
He is a great Aussie performer! I just wish he had more international success...
And I really hate it that all of our Music Theatre stars HAVE to sing those songs...check all their albums...they've all done them...
