Tort reform!!! Don't you realize, tort reform is the panacea? Just ask the folks in states like California, where they've enacted tort reform, and the state's largest insurer is hitting policyholders with a rate increase of > 30%.

I found this VERY helpful chart at thePoliticalCarnival.Net to help you follow the debate- it was drawn specifically to illustrate whether Eric cantor "got told" but could also help to determine whether John McCain did also. (Yes.)
