hmmm...I DO have to go find a dress, though..and I refuse to spend 160 dollars on a dress I will wear once. I'm going to Salvy.

I'm going to senior prom too!

I'm bringing my gay friend. Thats the best way to go. No pressure.

I bought my dress last month (my prom is May 21)and I have the look all planned out. I'm going 40's starlet with hair ala Veronica Lake. I have everything except the jewelry because I want to get that at vintage stores. What kind of looks are you girls going for?

I got asked to prom, too. My date isn't aware of the fact that I'm a lesbian, but I'll break the news to him afterwards. I want to go to my senior prom with a real date for once. :-P

I got my dress and shoes, too. I'm so excited!!

I don't really remember my prom, it just wasn't so eventful for me. College formals for fraternities are fun though, I liked those.

Our school doesn't have a junior prom. If we did, I'd be going. It sucks because 80% of my friends are seniors, and I won't get to be there. Thats ok, though, we'll just invite them back next year.

But I've already got my date for next year...and there's nothing wrong with taking your gay friends to prom! He's only the best smelling person I've ever met in my life, and he looks great dressed up. So I'll have nice prom pictures!

I can't wait for my prom dress...I'm going to sew it myself, and its going to be poofy and old-fashioned and emerald or kelly green.

This year the prom at my school is on the first night of Passover, which means that I will not be going.

Oh, PROM! I skipped my junior prom and I wasn't going to go to my senior prom either, buy my gay best friend asked me. We still flaunt the photos to show how fabulous we looked together. Thankfully, he had an awesome car, a silver Camaro, the only downside of which was that a Camaro is very hard to get into and out of in a formal gown.

The dance was lame but we made bitchy comments about everyone else's outfits and danced a bit and left early to go eat biscuits and gravy at a 24-hour Waffle House and made fun of the whole shin-dig while clogging out arteries with breakfast grease. It was a wonderful night, overall.

All you who are going, have a blast! And don't get drunk, not just because it's safer to be sober, but also because if you're sober you can gather 'round the drunk folks, mess with their minds, take less-than-flattering photos of them and then post said photos in your yearbook. Not that me and my date did that...
