Hi, I'm coming to New York in April and the friend who is coming with me is desperate to see the Lion King(I'm not so keen, but I'll go with her anyway). On this website under the Lion King info it says tickets start from $79.50, but when I try to buy tickets, the cheapest I can find are $122, even trying different dates. Are there actually any cheaper tickets than this? Or have I just missed out by being too late? Thanks very much for any info you have!

Hairspray-You Can't Stop the Beat Scene

Hey guys, so I'm working at a summer camp at the moment teaching Musical theatre and each week we do a scene and song from a different show. This week we are doing You Can't Stop the Beat from Hairspray and I have been searching the script just for that scene, but it seems like there's not an actual scene with speaking parts right before it-i haven't seen the show in awhile so I can't remember. Does anyone know if there is actually a scene between Cooties and that? Thanks!

I sat in the front row on the end seat and the view was awful as you missed a lot of it, but I think in row EE you should be able to see most of the stage

No, they have a thing on the Playwrights website about HotTix, but I wasn't sure if it was for all shows, including Saved

Urgh that was awful. The first part was terrible and then it improved a little but I realised that's just cause the choir joined in...
