Someone's defensive.
What did I miss to have C&A give such a public apology?

Posted: 3/23/06 at 1:30pmOf course you aren't a lesbian. However, if you were, we'd love you just as much as if you were straight.

So Dollypop PM'd ME one night over a discussion of an off broadway show. We were pming back and forth and it came to pass that I told him I would be happy to try and arrange for him to interview an actor I knew. I offered to do this on complete faith that he (DP) was a good person, even though I didn't know him. He asked me to find out who the actor's PR person is, and I said I'd be happy to do it.
The next thing that happened was that Dollypop and I were posting back and forth on another thread, in which we were making fun of the title "Brokeback Mountain". WE were substituting actor's names and making funny titles. I thought of a funny one for Carol Channing, and immediately pm'd Dolly to tell him it's just a joke and that I had nothing against Carol channing.
No sooner did I post my funny joke (after apologizing IN ADVANCE) to him, then he sent me a nasty and insulting PM. He then posted some silly and nasty things about me on the board.
Then he posted private information about where I work in a public post. I had the mods delete it.
Shows you what you get for trying to be nice and help someone out.

Posted: 3/23/06 at 1:42pmYes, pronounced like Drew. She's a fantastic actress (notice how I said actress), but hasn't done any theatre in a couple of years. It's a shame. I always enjoyed her singing.

So people think you're a guy...
What does that have to do with your sexuality? I don't believe anyone said anything about you being a Lesbian...

you know what jane, maybe DollyPop is really Carol Channing and that's why offense was taken to your comment.

Posted: 3/23/06 at 2:16pmSorry Dre, I was making reference to the quick turn this thread took. "Slowly I Turn" is an old Vaudeville sketch. I see why it was confusing.

Dolly Pop, I bet you'll be at Carol's funeral when she passes.
Won't you? You'll have tickets to the front row.

I don't think anyone here likes him. Kind of like Kristin Chenoweth--she has no fans worth speaking of. Same with Idina Menzel, Jonathan Larson, Manoel Felciano, Sherie Rene Scott, Kelli O'Hara, Adam Pascall, Anthony Rapp, Shoshana Bean, Eden Espinosa, Megan Hilty, Orfeh, Jennifer Holliday, Anthony Warlow, Julia Murney, Jason Robert Brown, Stephen Sondheim, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Frank Wildhorn, and LaChuisa.
Too bad...you'd think such talented folks would have a fan base.
