Does anyone know how to stop the songs on my ipod that I copied from my OBCRs from ending a few seconds before they are supposed to, and then going to the next song? It is particularly annoying with Caroline or Change songs.

If it makes any difference, I have an ipod mini.

It's not that they're "not supposed" to end. With CAROLINE, almost all of the songs go right into the next. They end at the appropriate places before switching to the next song, but there is like a one second delay between songs. I don't think there's anything you can do about it. It's really not that bad...

Right, but there are times when the last few words of a particular track aren't audible, or the first few words of a track. This happens with both CoC and BKLYN (no comments please).

Is it when you're playing it on your iTunes? Because it's set to have the songs fade into one another......

If you mean when you're listening to it on your iPod, I have no idea. I've never had that problem

Oh yea - that's normal, but you can turn it off. Just play around with the settings.

On iTunes, go to Edit, Preferences, and the Audio tab. The "crossfade playback" indicates how much overlap there is between the songs.

Cool, thanks. I am technologically challenged but have become so dependent on my ipod for my early morning commute to the office! Itunes is pretty great too when I am too lazy to put in a new CD.

Ah-sweet. Thanks-I was wondering about this myself. Pretty annoying when the last note is the best..

Thanks... mine must've been pretty high 'cause it was cutting off significant amounts of music.
