Can anyone recommend a 1 minute monologue for a female who is auditioning for As You Like It?

I just auditioned for that and used Viola's ring speech from Twelfth Night.

"I'll show you a laughgasm. I'll gasm all over this stage!"
"Interesting choice"

I'm sure doing a monologue from As You Like It would work, because it's a comedy. You need to do a comedic monologue, or you should.

In a case of Shakespeare yes. I recommend Phebe's Think not I love him monologue

I highly recommend Adriana from The Comedy of Errors, it's hysterical.

The first line is 'Ay Ay Antipholus, look strange and frown"

Maybe a Helena monolgue from A Midsummer Night's Dream.
