guys, is this really what you want those Brooklyn message board dumb-asses to see when they browse through here (which u know they do after our glorious ambush)? is it that hard to just avoid or block someone who is really getting to you? the shills and irritating teenyboppers all seem to be happily getting along, so why can't the people with more intelligent things to discuss just do so? i guess ignorance really is bliss in this case.

And Matt, the point of the thread isn't to flame each other without reason, but to hash out whatever needs to be hashed out and then leave it alone when it's resolved. And it will be resolved. So I think I was getting onto point number 2.

Well, here it is.

Again, point number one, eager viewers, was that I didn't have a problem with bg2 originally on the thread. He didn't get my sense of humor, called me on it, I shrugged it off. Whatever.

Second ~ I have a pet peeve with people who fawn over celebrities. I work with celebrities (when I'm not doing immigration). There is no fawning, regardless of how much I respect and admire them.

So when, bg2, you state posts like the one I quoted on the other thread, following up a previous post that seemingly insinuating that I and a few other members were "acting like fans given a license to interview anthony" (my paraphrasing), I'll take offense to that.

Furthermore, I don't care if you suck up, or if anyone acts like a fan girl. Yes, I make fun of it, yes I roll my eyes, yes it embarrasses all the sane people who call themselves theatre fans or Rent fans, but whatever. It's immaturity and excitement and it'll fade.

However, what I can't stand is two-faced-ness. And there are certain people *cough* who have been on this thread and acted like Anthony's the next best thing since sliced bread (processed cheese was already taken...what was that from, Ak?), when after his back's turned, this alleged person - oops, people - acts downright nasty to other BWW members, including some that I consider my friends.

I am annoyed because bg2 bashes some Rent cast members and the show frequently, but then Anthony joined and stayed perfectly in line. If you're going to say something, stand behind it.

This is not meant as a flame; I want to put it on the table so it doesn't get more out of hand.

In addition to all this, bg2, even after I explained my original posts to you, you continued to be a bitch by saying my sense of humor needs work, and told a friend of mine to F*CK off. Not cool. At all.

I don't care if you suck up, or if you genuinely like Anthony and want to fawn over him. That's your business. But not when you get on your high horse of condescension about not acting like a fan girl, act downright nasty to people when Anthony's not around, and then look around with a "Who, me?" attitude.
