I see nothing in the contract that would be illegal - the kidnapping charge and child porn is another thing, but the contract itself contains nothing illegal.
It certainly wouldn't be a binding contract in a court of law and does provide a window to the mental state of this guy, but he can't be prosecuted based on the contract alone, unless of course he forced her to sign or assaulted her for violation of its terms.
