Posted: 8/7/06 at 4:32pmGood for her. Football is something I've always played with the neighborhood guys but was never allowed to pursue seriously. It's a great sport and a place where "only the strong survive," no matter what gender you are.

Posted: 8/7/06 at 4:49pmUunfortunatly, it'll take an act of g-d for her to not only get onto a Division 1 or 2 or hell even three team, and even then she probably won't get the opportunity to actually play. It's great that she's gotten the opportunity to play for a high school team, but I doubt there'll be much afterwards.

Posted: 8/7/06 at 5:01pmoh, i dunno. with her size and strength and the added bonus of her gender, she'll merit looks from a a few d2 and d3 schools i think. it'd help her if she grew maybe 2 or three inches, but i think even at that size she'll get a look.
