Broadwayworld Curtain Call 2005

I've been thinking, and I know it's a long shot, but maybe one of Corine's favorites really *does* lurk here during the year and decided to make a guest appearance. Wouldn't that be Marvelous?

We're being watched. Be very afraid. By the way, i've made my guess (and it is truly just a guess) as to Winston2's persona. But i'm not telling!

No need for addenda. The people who most annoy me weren't mentioned at all. I FEEL SO VALIDATED!

Of course, now that I think about it, there are the delightfully low key folks who let their brilliance shine subtly, without the hisssstrionics of those of us in the snake pit and what not.

For me they've been your Elphabas, your KelRels and Al Dentes, the BlueMoons and DayDreamers and Undiscovereds of the world, and of course, Kringas. I dub those in this group The Low Keysters! There are other members, but I have to go alleviate my venom build-up.

I happened to have the fine fortune to find myself sitting next to the good Mr. Dente at a performance of Frozen a while ago. He doesn't need to be Mandy, papa. I left the meeting filled with a half-dozen versions of "if only..." dancing in my head. Sigh.

This is what I get for not checking in over the holiday! I got a mention!!! I feel so popular.

But, and with no offense to Winston2 (love your work, btw), my favorite mention is Suleen's (or is it SueEllen) signature.

It's said that it's important to have friends in high places, but those down in the snake pit are so much more fun.

Holy Schnikes!
This Winston2 can really work a keyboard, too bad he didn't concentrate more focus on IN MY LIFE's book problems, it would of won the Tony!

What a year it was, such humor, drama, romance and 11 o'clock numbers sung by lusty women and I'm not even talking about Robbiej in FLEET WEEK the Musical!

No, it was simply our little town of BWW...Viva La Winston2!
Whoever he is.........hmmmmm.

Oh papaluv, it might not be a mans, it couldz be a womenz...'cause girls are smarter than boys, and this Winston2 am a smarteepants!

I'm just glad he/she/it mentioned my "housecoat moment", that's what I'll be most proud of when I look back on 2005! Heck, I'm wearin' one now...
#123

Broadwayworld Curtain Call 2005

Eddie, I *witnessed* your housecoat moment, and it was one of my top ten frightening moments of 2005. You totally captured my Great Auntie Pauline.

There is something freeing about a housecoat...but not as freeing as this Curtain Call thread!

Speaking of the past, I can't believe I missed the wham-bam-thank you ma'am return of Zola....he's quick like a vampire!
