karl rove being interviewed by jim lehrer, mark shields and david brooks on pbs ch. 13 relates that it was his boyhood dream to be next to mark shields and could only be topped if he could "get in between" shields and brooks.

Shucks, I only watched the major speeches...I remember them talking about Frist, but I didn't see his. But 123. That's a lot!

he was sceduled to speak sometime after 7pm tonight, but i didn't see him as i was watching on pbs not cspan. maybe he was only given a few minutes and sworn to a vanilla agenda.
