Oi.
I'm off to spend more money at the Gap and American Eagle, this time in search of the perfect pair of jeans and cords.

Where are your favourite places to shop for clothes? I must admit, I am horribly addicted to American Eagle and the Gap, as well as the overpriced downtown boutiques- when they have sales of course!

CLUB MONACO!

As a fellow Canadian, judy, you know what I'm talking about! I love their minimalist urban chic. Plus, the salesboys at Club Monaco are so unbelievably hot. I don't know where they find them. They must breed them in the back.

Club Monaco is starting to branch out in the States (since Ralph Lauren bought it), so I hope you Americans discover the fashionable joy that is CM.

New York and Company and H&M.

People have to drag me out kicking and screaming out of the latter.

I love shopping for clothes!

they're like three times more expensive than the Gap!
But when I find myself lost in the Eaton's Centre, I do always find myself in a Club Monaco dressing room.

Abercrombie, American Eagle, and Hollister. My whole wardrobe is everything from there. And if I had an Urban Outfitters in my mall, it would be that too.

What is Broadway? A street? Some say it's a street. Some say it is the best street in the world. Others think its terrible. That's the beauty of it, it's terribly beautiful. Some hate it and don't know why. Others love it and don't know why. That's what makes it so wonderful, it's a mystery.

Yes, they are uber-expensive (but not as expensive as Banana Republic), and Club Monaco rarely has sales. But on the rare chance they do, it's amazing. They once had a 40%-off sale, and I went nuts and got a completely new wardrobe. It was great.

Check out the one at Bloor and Queen's Park (I actually live just around the corner), the guys are drop-dead hot there.

Areopostale
Old Navy - I bought my favorite pair of white capri pants here.

Sometimes if you look in deptartment stores, such as Kohl's, you can find good clothes at good prices.

HAHA, well, I assume you're female, and my kind of marriage isn't completely legal at the moment if you catch my drift. re: shopaholic

But we do seem to have the same taste in clothes!!!

I forgot to resend you the whole BARE/Religious challenges PM, Kellie. The site went down in the middle of writing it. I'll get on that right now!

JID: Have you checked out the cords from JCrew as of yet? The bootcut is fitting rather well this year...

hmm JCrew, I shall check them out!
I'm wearing a pair of my roommate's Gap jeans right now and I'm in love. They're the long and lean ones. I also love the low-rise boot cuts. I decided to stay in for today so I don't spend more money than I should.
Never go shopping when you actually WANT to go shopping. It's much more economical that way.

I've always found that when I want to go shopping, I can't find anything I would want to buy. But when I go window shopping, I find tons of stuff I want to buy...

I am a Gap girl all the way here, the jeans there are the best!

Is it me or when I have money to shop I can't find a thing, the days I'm broke I find tons of stuff. Never makes sense!

Oh, and I am much better off shopping alone.

Alone for sure. That way I see what I want, grab it, try it on, decide right then and there if I like it, pay, and get out. I don't like having to deal with someone who is slow and indecisive :-P

When shopping with others, I often find myself as the "enabler," goading other people into buying things. Though if I am uncertain about a certain item, I feel the need to get a second opinion.
