size of avs

I noticed some of the av rectangles are larger than the rest. Does anyone know how we can change the size of ours?

I emailed BWW but didn't get an answer. I also asked them why I never receive answers to my questions, but I got no answer to that either, lol!

Change the dimensions of the picture that you upload.

Ok, well, the size of my images is huge before they reduce them for me. Something like 1200 pixels.

Janey,

timote explained that the WIDTH of the picture is always 100 pixels, but the LENGTH can be longer. So it's not the total number of pixels that matters.
