Posted: 7/21/04 at 10:13amno, mm, it was a small pipe bomb made of pvc piping and containing a mix of black powder, ball bearings and bbs. it looks now like it was the work of the very man who "saved" people on the scene: a former cop who was retired with a mental condition after 9/11.
