the L word and the like.....

Good Morning!

SO, last night I went to a Q&A for the L word. If no one has seen it, you should start watching it. Not only lesbians watch it! Obviouslly! My friend Eric joined the cast this season so I started to watch and now I am addicted. ANYWAY, so I went to this Q&A and it was crazy! The Q&A's I am use to going to are the ones through SAG and they are mellow and people are kind and wait thier turn with the actors, O, NO that was not this case at this one and let me tell you, I will never go to one like this again! It started out fine, they showed us this weeks episode and it happend to be Eric's first episode so that was cool and then all of the actors came out to talk. This went on for about an hour and it was great and everyone was nice a funny and then it came time to leave and everyone, I mean EVERYONE rushed the stage where these poor actors were. I was SO lucky to have been in the front row so I didn't get squished. There was like a little stage with about 5 steps to get up to it and they were yelling at everyone to GET DOWN and I kept getting pushed up the steps and it was awful. At one point I fell into the chick who plays Shane and she picked me back up and was like "Are you ok"? And then tried to help but the ****ing security guards made go back into the heard. Then the chick who plays Alice tried to help me too and then she got yelled at for trying to help me! When they realized I was Eric's friend they felt bad, but still, come on now people, these actors are people just like us and it's ridiculous to act the way some of these people were acting. I was lucky to get a few photos and talk to a few of the characters whom were VERY nice! But still, I would never do that again unless it was a SAG event! That was my night last night. Now, moving on to Wend night:

Wend night was fantastic! It was so nice to see Billie Dawn there as well! Anyway we got the the hotel and the event right on time and got to mingle with people like Jennifer Garner who was amazing and Victor Garber who was also amazing! Then it was time for the show. The show was fantastic! I just love Sondheim so to see SO many of my favorite TV performers sing his songs made my night. Then when it was over I got to talk to Megan Mullally and Peter Gallagher who were so sweet and Deborah Gibson as well. It was an amazing night. Not that Thursday wasn't good at all cause it was, I did get to meet my girls that I adore from L word, I was just sad that I had to have that experience with all of the crazy fans is all!

So, yeah that has been my week so far. I wanted to post about my fun nights and I hope there will be more next week as well!

I hope everyones Friday is treating them well.

I love "The 'L' Word". Pam Grier is, hands down. the coolest woman on the planet.

PS - Do you mean Eric Mabius?
