What is "attempted sodomy in the first degree"? You either do it or don't,no?
Well, sometimes a guy will say he wants to commit sodomy in the first degree with you, but then when you get right down to it and try to start, he will suddenly change his mind or act like he's too tight or some other b.s. like that, and he'll end up finishing you off in some other way. This is attempted sodomy in the first degree, and it's very frustrating, especially if you don't actually like your accomplice as a person or respect their wishes/boundaries. I would guess that this failure probably happens a lot more with female partners in crime, but I wouldn't really know.
