I've been trying for the last two days to do some file transfers on AIM, and every time I do either I or the person I'm sending to gets a message saying that the transfer has been cancelled by the other person -- when neither of us have done so. Anyone else experiencing this? Know how to fix it?

download a newer version of aim possibly, or someone's firewall may be causing this.

I have a feeling that there is a firewall preventing this. Or maybe you two don't have the same versions of AIM?

I have the same problem when trying to direct connect with/transfer files to someone using AIM Triton. I use the older version of AIM, so this could possibly be a problem... otherwise it sounds like a Firewall issue.
