Liam, the image you use has to be in one of those file formats. Try this: go to the start menu, click on programs, then acessories, then "paint". then open up the image, and click "save as." in the second pull-down bar, select one of the extensions you listed. .jpg is probably the best. then save the image and try uploading it again! let me know if you have any problems.
