I actually worked on one:"Dance A Little Closer"
AND...I worked on that even rarer animal, the NO performance wonder ("The Little Prince And The Aviator")

Not sure if these count because I saw them out of town:
1600 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE
CARMELINA
And a real four-performance wonder on Broadway:
BROADWAY (directed by George Abbott to celebrate his 100th birthday)

Posted: 2/28/06 at 10:35amHome Sweet Homer. Actually, I really liked the score and found the book and cast quiet funny. Opened on a Sunday.

Remember nothing from Homer although I do have an autographed Playbill ( alledgedly ) signed by Brynner. You put your name & address on it & it was mailed back to you so no idea if it is genuine or not
Gantry was not that bad. As I recall, Shaw was not bad & Rita Moreno was great. The score was not too bad . I have an 8 song demo from it. I still have the Playbill but alas did not have the Foresight (an actual song title from the show) to get it signed as I had no idea it would flop
Song List from Gantry:
Act 1
Offer Yourself To Him
The Promise Of What I Could Be
Wave A Hand
Elmer Gets The Call
a) He Was There
b) Play Ball With The Lord
Katie Jonas
Someone I've Already Found
He's Never To Busy
We're Sharin' Sharon
Act 2
We Can All Give Love
Foresight
These Four Walls
Show Him The Way
You Have To Go With Me/These Four Walls (Rep)
She was A Woman
We're Sharin' Sharon (Rep)
Shaw had 4 solos & a Reprise
Moreno had 2 & a Reprise
1 Performance @ The George Abbott
Beth Fowler had 2 minor roles
Onna White did the choreography
We Can All Give Love was a number done on Ed Sullivan
RCA Victor was to do the album
