Thank you all for answering all of my questions.

I have decicded to see...
Billy Elliot February 27th - 41.50
The Little Mermaid or August Osage County Febuary 28th, Matinee
Wicked February 28th evening

My questions are, what is the likelyhood of getting tickets from TKTS for TLM or August for the Saturday Mat? Im hoping if they dont have one they will have the other.

Also, what is the best limited view seat for Wicked? I guess I am asking which one is least limited.

Thank you all so very Much!

I'm not sure about the TKTS question, but my guess would be that both TLM and August will be up on TKTS, especially during the slow time. There's probably more of a chance of August being there than Mermaid.

For Wicked, the best partial view seats are the ones further back because they are least obstructed. Rows G and H (seats 25, 27, 26, 28, I believe) are great.

I'm seeing Billy Elliot on Feb. 27th also!!!

I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&. "Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."

I agree: EXCELLENT chance that they are both available, even more so for August as straight plays are quite ignored by the general tourist population.

If you do have a choice between the two....I'd still go see AUGUST. One of the finest plays I've ever seen produced. TLM is like a three ring circus.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I quite liked The Little Mermaid and it's been on TKTS, I've never seen August.
