110 In The Shade rush#1

Yes, I've been to talkinboadway.com and all that. I know what they cost and where the seats are. I know when the box office opens. What I want to know is:

How early should I get there to wait?

Thanks!

Don't buy the rush. Spring for the $55 front row seats!

You have no idea how much I wish I could [besides, I know what happens at the end!], but I'm broke and my mom's only going to lend me $25.

It's $26.25.

I got there right when the box office opened one Sunday morning and had no problems.

I wouldn't worry about getting there really early for this one. I rushed it about 3 hours before curtain and there were many tickets left.

Oh...born to reign... Can you buy the front row tickets in advance or does it have to be the day of?

Are the $55 front row seats sold in advance or can you get them the day of a performance?

I was told by the woman on the phone at Roundabout that it was day of. I went, and the guy didn't think any were left, but checked and I got front row center. my theory is that they WILL sell them in advance at full price, but generally don't because of the splash warning, and then sell whatever's left day of. I know it's not a hard answer, but it's all I got. The people around me didn't look like they showed up and bought half price tickets.

Thanks for the information! I'll probably go when the box office opens but I might just go three hours before and get whatever's cheapest.

It's day of. I've sat in the student rush mezz seats a few times and they're fine. I'd say save your thirty dollars and see another show.
