Ripped, I couldn't find photos, by the fascinating (at least I thought) webseries of putting this together is still up at http://www.uncsa.edu/performances/OKwebisodes.htm

Since this thread I managed to see a copy--and really it's annoying that this only was broadcast on the NC school TV network, it's the kind of thing PBS should pick up. Despite some lame filming angles (particularly for the ballet) and a rather odd Aunt Eller (she's the one cast member who's not a student) I thought it was actually thrilling to watch--better than expected performances, and just amazing to see all the original designs, etc.
