I know this is a strange question, but while they often limit it to 2 rush tickets per show, does that mean PER day, or PER performance?
The thing is I would like to buy 2 tickets to the 2 p.m. performance of Exit the King and also 2 to the 8 p.m.
I normally wouldn't do this but I am interested in bringing 2 different people to see this show. :)
Of course, if I am not early enough to the box office I might end up buying regular tix anyway, but the question remains. :)

you can't have a friend wait in line for the second pair?
Rudy I'm pretty sure it's per day. but generally there will be someone on line who could help you out.
I don't have any friends who are students and in the city (I'm in Jersey myself, so it's a small journey) but thanks for putting your thinking cap on. :)

Get the night performances off TKTS.
No you can't get it for two different performances. Maybe if you go after the matinee and ask for a rush ticket they will give it to you. Just try to put a different shirt on or something.
You want them that badly, you wait in line both times. Bring a friend (or find a stranger in the line/on the street) for the evening show.

After I bought student rush tickets to ACL about a year ago, this girl came up to me and asked if I could buy a student rush for A:OC for her with her money.
So, if you see student-looking people around, it's possible to ask them.
Eug, if rush tickets are sold at 10 AM for both shows, he CAN'T wait in line both times. Unless he clones himself.
Especially for a show like EXIT THE KING, which tends to sell out of rush tickets as soon as they open.
