For those of you not familiar with podcasting, it is an easy new way to automatically download audio and video programs to your computer and your iPod or portable podcast player. Typically subscription based, podcasts are delivered using free software that allows you to choose particular files that interest you. The software performs scheduled checks via the internet and will download new files based on your interests. You can listen to/watch the programs you download on your computer or portable mp3 player at your leisure.
Shortly after the completion of the Nominations Announcement (Tuesday, May 16th at 8:30 a.m. ET,) we will offer the podcast in both audio/video and audio-only format. If you're not interested in a podcast but still want to see the Nominations Announcement, we'll have an on-demand Flash version as well.
As soon as they're available, we'll deliver the free podcasts via a link here on the Official Website. All you'll have to do is copy and paste the link into your podcasting application, let the application work its magic, then sit back and enjoy the Nominations Announcement.
