Quick question: I have tickets for Villain DeBlanks on Wednesday. When I bought them Michael Urie was on the lineup, and now he's been replaced. He was the reason I bought tickets. Would they refund? I'd much rather use the money to see another show.

A few years ago, we had Saturday tickets for Sherie Rene Scott at 54 Below and tickets for an early performance with Glengarry Glen Ross with Al Pacino on a Thursday. After he cancelled the first performances about a month before previews I asked to swap Saturday tix for Thursday and they were very helpful. (Of course that was before Michael Feinstein took over operations, but it still seems like I hear good reports here on their flexibility.)
...and buy, after seeing Pacino stumbling through the show we wished we had chosen something else.
