54 Below over books Tony Veiwing Party

Just got an email from 54 Below saying they over booked their Tony party. Was able to keep 2 reservations. But need a 3rd. What a pain in THE BUTT.
Can anyone recommend another venue? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would recommend the Laurie Beechman West Bank Cafe Tony party. I go every year & always enjoy myself. I believe its a $15 food & drink minimum which isn't bad at all. They show the NY1 Pre Show & Awards on a big screen & have a Tony pool that is free to enter. I won 2 years ago & the prize was tickets to Peter & The Starcatcher (which I used for Chrisitian's last) & wine. Last year I believe the prize was a ticket pack to Davenport produced shows.

Swell, ILuv except there is no party there this year. I called to inquire. I advise anyone who has actual reservations at 54 Below to hold onto them.

Or how about Nick's Club. I don't think it'll have much of a crowd, in that Bullets didn't even get a nomination. (Wrongly, IMHO.)

Never knew about the 54 Below affair. Will keep in mind for next year.

I had originally booked a reservation for 6 but with the overbooking we we only able to keep 2, so I just released those seats back to them today. They said they'd offer the extras to other people whose reservations were downsized, so those of you needing an extra seat may just be in luck :)

Mr Roxy, they did it last year and it was a ton of fun. I am very disappointed they screwed up this year. But this is not the first time they have had problems with their ticketing site. They really should have their stuff together better by now.

This will be the first time going to party @ Iguana

I hear you get free gifts including CD's. Holding off ordering from Amazon until I see what I get. Should have a good time.
