They are the orchestra tests that have been released and they are "I Could Get Used to This" performed by Chester Gregory II & Brian d'Arcy James, and "I Know It's Today"
Performed by Leah Greenhaus, Marissa O'Donnell & Sutton Foster.

I think he means that they've been available on the B&N site for a while now and that they've (and the link to them) been posted here before (as well as on YouTube).

how come it isn't downloading onto my ipod? Am I not downloading right? I made it save to my computer and now its not adding onto my ipod.

Try renaming the tracks. I believe the file extension are missing. Simply add ".m4a" to the end of the "03" and "04" track titles.
