A look inside London's forthcoming (2027) 1500-seat Olympia Theatre, scheduled for 2027 opening, a joint venture between the Shubert Organization and Trafalgar Entertainment.

"The 1,575-capacity Olympia Theatre will boast 82 loos, or one for every 19 people in the crowd. The operators reckon this is an improvement on the West End average, which they estimate to be around one for every 45 people."

"The Olympia Theatre will be London’s biggest playhouse to open since the National Theatre in 1976."

"The Olympia Theatre will also promise patrons wider seats and more legroom than older venues. Seats will be 52cm to 57cm in width, compared with 45cm on average in the West End, according to Olympia."

Interesting that this will be part of a larger complex near the Hammersmith Tube line, one with a concert venue, two hotels, and 30 restaurants.
