Has Anyone Caught the HEATED RIVALRY Parody Musical?

Anyone been in the seats marked partial view, especially in the center section or can you explain what the obstruction is?  I'm not familiar with the space.

NYTimes Tony Award Predictions

"I hope everyone wins what they deserve."

Same.

"Honestly the trophies need to spread the love. All box offices need it."

Seems to be incongruent with everyone winning what they deserve unless who needs help at the box office is what gets you deemed as deserving.

Groff's Gorgeous Apartment

A bit too "designer's choice," for me, but it is a rich and eclectic mix of furnishings that do indeed make for a lovely home.

CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL Reviews

goodtimes123 said: "One of the best parts of living in or nearby NY is access to theater - it’s my church, so I can relate. There’s nothing better than connecting with a show. Life is short, the world is on fire and I think we should all lean into the things that bring us catharsis, joy, comfort, etc."

Agree.  When the last revival of Follies was playing in DC at the same time as the Follies at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, I intentionally scheduled b

Pride, BWW, and Harry Potter

It seems fairly likely that somewhere among the producers, creative team, or cast of almost every show, are one or more people whose viewpoints some might find offensive or reprehensible.  People will vary in how they respond as we see here time and time again.

Tony Awards Final Predictions: Who Will Win and Should Win on Broadway’s Biggest Night

The reasoning behind the choices spotlighted is sound and measured.

Pink to Host the 2026 Tony Awards

She is going to be great. She just exudes a generous spirit.

Trump Takeover of the country

MasterThespian 2 said: "Why until 6/12? Take those miserable letters down TODAY. God knows his name went up fast enough. It can be removed just as quickly. Then plaster over the holes in the wall and never allow a stunt like this again."

If you're seriously asking, it is because it can take a few days to get the company out to remove the letters.  It's not like tearing a poster off a telephone pole.  You've got a cherry picker, trained staff, an

Broadway Grosses: Week Ending 5/31/26

Fred Mason said: "People are abandoning Broadway and just going to Lincoln Center now. The opera and ballet and philharmonic have never been fuller. LCT seems to be benefiting from this too."

Are these supposed people there in the room with you right now?

Two questions regarding Cynthia Erivo

I'm most interested to see what Groff would do with Giorgio, assuming this rumor pans out, as well as possible Clara's. I think he reads young enough to do the role.

Trump Takeover of the country

I haven't read the most current vision of the Board's bylaws, but the Board can do quite a bit without any action of Congress given that they hire and fire the CEO, approve the operational budget, and oversee the physical plant.

Death Of A Salesman Closing ?

A show likely to earn multiple awards isn't closing because one performance got cancelled.  This is far more likely to be part of the shift to a 7-performance weekly schedule.  Telecharge is still selling the rest of the run and I booked an August ticket yesterday.

Chicago Tribune: Top 10 Summer Theater Offerings

Lots of great things on tap: Iceman with Mullally and Offerman, Leopoldstadt, Catch As Catch Can, A Little Night Music, and more.

Three Days Of Rain/A Few Good Men/Other Desert Cities revivals

Arnaud is much more than Heated Rivalry and while it is not the most important metric, he has 1.3 million followers in his active Instagram presence.

GALILEO to Open at the Shubert Theatre, Fall 2026

Did I suggest it would be a good or bad thing?  No.  I was simply describing a reality.

But thanks again for the type of profound responses that validate decisions to spend less and less time contributing, something people seem to increasingly be doing judging by a cursory review of the board.

DEATH OF A SALESMAN 2026 Reviews

Well if Fred's friend is saying it, I guess voting doesn't even need to happen.

I don't necessarily disagree, but if people did what you suggest about 25% of the posts here would never be made.

Nathan Lane floats Jack Black for a PRODUCERS revival... bonkers or brilliant?

The Producers is packing them in right now in London. Having seen it twice, I think it still shows quite well in this day and age.
