Wonderful! Thank you.
I'll repost what I said on the Alyson Reed thread:
Fabulous stories though! thanks BWW.
When I first saw the icon for "My Inner Cassie" I thought it was a contest. I got so happy - 'cause that is a contest I'm prepared to win.
Y'all need to see my Cassie. :)
This is SO great, Rob.
Perfect!

I loved reading that. I found myself way more interested in the assorted takes on the old days than I am about the revival at this point. I forgot how much I LOVED Pamela Sousa. Isn't BWW old-timer CJR a close friend of Vicki Frederick's?
The perfect companion piece to that "Who is the Best Cassie" thread we had a while back. Thanks for tracking all these ladies down.
Wow, that was an amazing piece. Thanks for that Rob.
I was wondering if anyone here saw Angelique Ilo as Cassie. There seems to be a strong dislike for her and I haven't really heard any good reviews about her from fans of The Wedding Singer (they have called her emotionless, a boring dancer and a weak singer) and I'm really curious about how she played one of the most challenging roles for women in musical theatre. What was her performance like?
This is sooooo great! What an enjoyable, perfect feature
What a fun feature! Thanks
I was looking up Alyson Reed on imdb.com & she was in High School Musical! I was shocked. She played the crazy drama teacher.

Angelique Ilo was very wooden as Cassie and lacked any real sense of drama. Her dancing was earthbound.
Agree about Angelique Ilo. Wooden and never seemed comfortable in the role. She was a good Judy though. Anyone know if she's still married to Evind Harum. Loved him as Zach. Also, a special nod to Laurie Gamache - saw her play Kristine, Sheila and Cassie and she managed to create 3 very different and memorable characters. Never saw her when she didn't give 100%.
Wonderful, just wonderful.

I really liked it, very fun to read.
What a very interesting read. Thank you for doing this feature. Every aspect of the history of A CHORUS LINE is so intricate, and it's fascinating to read about the people's lives who have been touched by it in so many different ways.
Everyone has an inner Cassie.
This was wonderful. I just want to mention another Cassie - non-Broadway, touring, bus or truck, but Dinner Theatre. I played Zach opposite her for six months and her name was Cheryl Davis. She was astonishing, each and every night. She'd had to have foot surgery a year prior and thought she'd never dance again, so she danced every night like it was her last chance. And she danced it for me (well, Zach). She made me cry every single night. What a privledge it was to see her.

Yep. :)
PS: I just read the special and left you a comment on it, Rob. Email me. I'd be interested to know what contact information you were using to get in touch with Vicki. I havent spoken to her in a while (sadly) but I'm sure I can pass along your contact info to her.
