Posted: 8/30/06 at 10:56pmI got my tix for October 21 many moons ago. I bought my parents tickets for their wedding anniversary (they're big Poppins fans and my mother's an elementary school teacher in the Bronx...she wants to take her class). Their anniversary is in November. The first available tickets for a Saturday night were in February.

I LOVED THIS SHOW IN LONDON
Wait til you see what Gavin does up and around, er, nevermind...
Wait till you see what they do to Supercali - er, nevermind...
Just go see it and be a kid (albeit a scared little kid) all over again.

Well...just bought tickets for the show before Thanksgiving and let me tell you....the good seats are all gone! I can't believe that it was selling so fast, so soon. Paid a lot for seats at 3rd row Mezzanine, and that was the best available. I was hoping for orchestra for that rate.

Posted: 8/31/06 at 1:06amUgh, I really want to see this, but I know it will be a sold out hit for at least a year. Oh well, maybe they'll do student rush or something? Doubtful, but maybe?

True, BestBars. But finally, it will be on 42nd Street. This is what has replaced the whores.
Can't wait to see how THAT chimney’s swept.
(And, yes, I've already got my tix.) Truly can't wait!!!
