AGVA Rulebook?

Hello! I can't for the life of me find an AGVA rulebook anywhere! Does anyone have any examples?

Also, does anybody have any experience with joining AGVA through this method?

"If you would like to be considered for membership without an AGVA contract, you can send a written request for an AGVA membership application.  When it is filled out, you then submit it to our office along with any reviews and promotional materials that support your claim as a freelance variety artist."

I wonder what are the standards and requirements that they look for in your "promotional materials" and "reviews" that would allow for membership?

I believe that AGVA negotiates with each company separately for their contracts, so you are unlikely to find any sort of standardized rulebooks like you find for Equity, which has collective bargaining groups (LORT, TYA, COST, etc).
