Or double post!
Ive been known to mouth words. As long as nothing comes out, its all good....
You know what I hate more then talking or singing? When people sneak food in after intermission, and theyre crinkling the bag for the first 15 minutes of the second act, or when they come in 4 minutes late after intermission while Eponine stars singing On My Own, and then takes for flipping EVER to sit because theyre near 90 years old and cant step over the people who came back on time and makes the WHOLE ROW STAND!!!!! ::end soapbox rant::

Agreed! I hate that so much and it happend to me when I saw RENT in NYC! Maybe it has something to do with RENT who knows, but come on people we are paying to hear the people ON STAGE sing not our seat neighbor, gooooooooossssssshhhhhhh <------Napolean Dynamite
Um, interaction during 'Rocky Horror' between cast and audience is sort of how the show is done.

Now there's a good role model...

I could spend days running "Watchmen" smack.
Come to think of it, I've spent about 20 years running "Watchmen" smack.

There's a good topic for the OT board- who would you cast in the Watchmen movie?
Just so we can encourge lots of fruitless speculation before the studio decides they don't want to do it after all.
Just this past weekend. A group of old ladies in the row in front of us at the Chicago tour in Indy!!!
What were they doing, singing along or talking during the show?
NO! They were singing during the songs... Cell Block Tango, All That Jazz and a few others! I finally made a comment that I wish people could just the the performers sing instead of the audience and they stoped but the 2nd half they were talking about me I'm sure but I didn't care.... LOL
The visual of them singing along to songs from "Chicago" is quite funny, but I totally understand how you would be annoyed.
I saw a tour of "...Technicolor Dreamcoat" a while ago and there was a field trip or something going on but there were a ton of little kids in front of me bobbing their heads back and forth during the songs and kept bouncing in the semi-reclinable seats, hitting my legs countless times.
At Rent more than once, people sing along really LOUD. I really despise the ones who do the LVB movements... especially when they are doing them WRONG! I also dont appreciate it when the whole row of people in front of me decides that they cannot contain themselves to their seats while mooing, and stand up completely blocking my view.
People are so inconsiderate sometimes.
Ok you think that's bad?? During the summer when i saw Wicked, we were in like the 10th row and there was this guy sitting right next to me who sang the whole time! Then, when Madame Morable comes out and tells the audience about the Wicked witch, and she like screams "wicked witch!!!!" at the end... after that it gets really quiet and the guy next to me goes... "oh my!" really loud, so that everyone in front of us turns around and stares at him... i'm pretty sure that half the cast heard him to from backstage...

Actually I sat next to people who have done that. It is quite distracting. But this person was very animated in their lip singing. I found myself closing my eye that was closest to the person, or cover that eye with my hand so I didnt see it. Just thought you'd like to know!
Yeah I can see if they were being really animated. Sometimes I just plain forget and I start mouthing lol.
Have you ever temporarily forgot you were sitting in a show and sang something, then realized you just vocalized and felt REALLY stupid? I did that. I embarassed the hell out of myself, and my friend started laughing at me. I was in Rent and I said "You animal!" with Maureen. I dont think I was really loud, and we were in the last row, but still..
Sorry to anyone who was at that show, and heard me say "You Animal"
