Why yes, yes they did.
I found this just by Googling "A Very Potter Musical Cast Album." Try that.

Posted: 8/11/12 at 5:54pmI think you can still buy it via download, but the copy that they send is messed up. It sounds like it was ripped from a bad CD because some of the songs have "clicks" and "skips." It's a shame.
