Actor Vacations

I was wondering how much in advance a show may post a performers vacation. I will be in NYC the middle weekend of August and there are some shows I would like to see but would change my mind if the leads were away on vacation. (exp. Idina Menzel, Neil Patrick Harris)

Neil's last show is August 17, so no vacations happening before then.

Plus, Neil doesn't have an understudy, so if for some reason he can't make a performance, the show is cancelled. So, no planned absences/vacation for him.

Idina Menzel has no planned vacation.

If you care about Les Miserables - Ramin Karimloo will be out 8/5-8/10.

Thanks for info, will be in NYC after 8/10 so we will be good for Les Mis if we decide to see it. Since we saw it in London a couple of years ago, will probably look to see something else since we don't get to NYC from NC that often. Would like to see Idina because I have never seen her in show/concert.
